Business Process Assessment

"When we began the process, we weren’t entirely sure what was possible. Cadpro helped us identify our challenges and what we needed to overcome them. They worked with us as a true business partner, guiding us through a significant transformation in our entire design process – one that has had a lasting impact across our business."

Expert, qualified guidance
Sometimes, 'the way it's always been done' is holding you back. Our consultants bring experience and an objective perspective, immediately spotting inefficiencies, bottlenecks – and new opportunities for growth. With a proven track record across Australasia, you can trust us to be a safe and reliable pair of hands to chart a new way forward.
How it works
The BPA begins with helping you articulate your main business objective/s. Customers often cite a desire for greater productivity, increased revenue, digitisation or greater adoption of technology. Often business owners will have a feeling that something needs to change, but they can't pinpoint exactly what this is. Our consultants can help you nail this down.
Once we have defined your objective, we need to understand the current state of affairs. Comparing this future goal with present status helps us to identify where you are falling short. We'll conduct a methodical discovery process to collect all the necessary data that we need to help you move forward. This might involve mapping current workflows, understanding how software is being used (or underutilised), and gathering quantitative data, such as project completion times or rework rates. This information guides the scope of what the BPA aims to address and informs our recommendations.
After we conduct the BPA, we'll synthesise the information gathered, provide insights and propose recommendations. We'll clearly articulate problems we've identified, propose solutions, and explain the benefits.
Next is a clear, actionable plan for implementing these recommendations. We'll create a roadmap, breaking down the implementation into manageable phases and key milestones. Each action point will have clear metrics for defining success to ensure that we can measure how we are delivering value.
