Cadpro Technical Time
For more than thirty years we have invested in providing our clients with the best technical support available. Solve even the most complicated problems by consulting our skilled team of specialists. Time is purchased in hourly blocks and can be used however you wish.
Our experienced Autodesk-certified technical team can support you with remote interrogation of your software, including:

Technical Time FAQs

Our technical teams are available during standard business hours, between 8:30am and 5pm.
Cadpro will endeavour to respond within 4 hours of a support request being made, but it can take up to 24 hours. Priority will always be given to critical client issues.
There is no need to book; however, it is recommended. Otherwise, you may need to wait until a technical specialist is next available.
All Cadpro clients get priority support if they are unable to use their software because of a licensing issue. Technical Time clients will get priority support over those that do not have Technical Time and are put in a priority queue. In all cases, we establish the urgency of a request and Cadpro reserves the right to bump clients up or down depending on that urgency.
Technical Time contracts expire 2 years after the start date. Our support team will keep you up to date on how much time you have remaining as you work with them.
With the purchase of Technical Time, we will provide technical support to anyone who uses the products we sell.
Yes - Cadpro offers 4 pre-purchased time-based options. Currently 1, 4, 8 and 40 hours are available.
Yes. This service is based on company access, not individual user access.
