Autodesk Account: managing auto-renew

Autodesk’s auto-renew feature is automatically turned on for most Autodesk product subscriptions, with some exceptions. This is always turned on again after you execute a renewal. If you do not want to renew an active subscription, you must turn off auto-renew prior to the subscription end date. If you do turn off auto-renew, the subscription will continue to be active until the expiry date and you can choose to renew or not renew at any time during this period.

Turn off auto-renew

  1. Sign in to your Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com
  2. Click on Billing and Orders > Subscription and Contracts, and select the product to open the subscription details
  3. Scroll down to Renewal Details and click Turn Off on the Auto-Renew setting
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the change

Turn on auto-renew

Your recurring payment method must be valid and auto-renew turned on for the successful renewal of your products.

  1. Sign in to your Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com
  2. Select the product you want to turn auto-renew off for from the subscription list, and make sure the payment method is up to date
  3. Select Turn Auto-renew On to ensure automatic renewal processes on the renewal date
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the change
