Vault Basic - upgrade
Applicable for up to two versions.
Ensure backups are verified, libraries are replaced and all data, styles and templates are migrated safely when upgrading to the latest version of Autodesk Vault Basic.
Service includes
Our experts will assess your system to ensure that it meets the requirements for the upgrade, such as sufficient hardware resources and compatible software versions. Our team will also verify the backup to protect against data loss or corruption during the upgrade process. This includes upgrading the SQL Server Express to the latest version, or installing the latest cumulative update if an existing version of SQL Express/Standard/Enterprise is being used. Our team will also upgrade the Autodesk Data Management Server to ensure that it is compatible with the latest version of Vault Basic.
Our team will migrate any custom content centre that has been created to the new system and replace the old standard content centre libraries with new ones to ensure that the latest features and functionality are available. We will migrate all relevant databases and modify the backup as needed to ensure a seamless transition. Finally, we will migrate any Inventor styles and standard templates (excluding multiple templates) to the new system.
