Frequently asked questions
Cadpro tokens are a flexible way to access expert support, consulting, and services. Rather than committing to fixed hours or contracts, tokens allow you to draw on our expertise as needed.
Tokens are purchased in advance and redeemed in 30-minute increments as services are delivered. Different activities consume tokens at varying rates, depending on their complexity and required level of expertise.
Tokens can be used across a wide range of services, including:
- Technical support and troubleshooting
- Workflow optimisation, training and best practice guidance
- Software configuration and setup
- Integration and automation
- Advisory and consulting services
*Tokens cannot be used to purchase software.
Token usage aligns with the type of service delivered. Simpler support tasks use fewer tokens, while more advanced or strategic services require more, ensuring fair, transparent usage based on value.

Tokens are valid for 12 months from the purchase date or for the following 12 months when an additional token bundle is purchased prior to expiration.
Purchasing additional tokens before expiration will add any remaining tokens to the new token purchase.
Cadpro will require a token administrator and a list of primary contacts in your company who can access token support services.
Currently, your token balance can be retrieved by request through your Cadpro representative.
